Central Florida prototyping and fabrication

7Fabs

Design. Prototype. Build. Manufacture.

Product development, prototyping, fabrication, finishing, and low-volume manufacturing support for customers with sketches, CAD files, physical samples, broken parts, photos, or early ideas.

What we do

Route projects to the right fabrication path.

7Fabs supports early concepts, manufacturable CAD, physical samples, prototype builds, custom fabrication, finishing, and production-intent work.

Rapid Prototyping

Proof-of-concept, functional, visual, and user-interaction prototypes.

Start prototype quote

3D Printing

FDM, SLA, and SLS for functional parts, fixtures, models, props, and short runs.

Upload print files

CAD / Reverse Engineering

CAD modeling, engineering drawings, 3D scanning, and part recreation.

Request design help

Metal Fabrication

Laser cutting, sheet metal, CNC machining, welding, powder coating, and engraving.

Request metal quote

Plastic Fabrication

Laser-cut plastic, silicone molding, vacuum forming, scale models, and molding support.

Request plastic quote

Finishing

Painting, powder coating, anodizing, dyeing, sandblasting, engraving, and texture.

Add finishing

Creative Fabrication

Props, cosplay parts, display models, themed pieces, and production support items.

Plan creative work

Managed Manufacturing

Low-volume production coordination, supplier support, packaging, and logistics.

Discuss production

Service pages

Core pages planned from the service reference.

These service routes give visitors enough context to choose a quote path without making unsupported capability promises.

Best-fit projects

Useful work, clearer questions, better handoffs.

Intake captures fit, repeat potential, compliance risk, quantity, budget, CAD readiness, sample-part availability, NDA needs, and likely production path before staff spends time chasing details.

Work examples

Real parts help visitors choose the right quote path.

Starter proof points from the selected website asset library. Captions should be refined during the portfolio pass.

How it works

The website hands clean work into operations.

01Tell us what you need

Customer type, project type, timeline, quantity, and use case.

02Attach files or sample notes

CAD, drawings, photos, BOMs, ZIPs, or physical-sample context.

03Backend validates intake

ERPNext owns validation, event logging, rate limiting, and routing.

04Staff reviews the request

Team members decide quote path, questions, risk review, and next steps.

05Quote is prepared

ERPNext owns lead, quote, customer, project, and job records.

06Production stays gated

Customer sends, payment actions, and file writes remain approval controlled.

Get quote

Start with the information staff actually needs.

This form posts to the ERP website lead-intake contract. Client checks are only a UX aid; the backend still owns validation, identity, rate limits, intake logging, and any customer follow-up.

Submit path

/api/method/sevenfabs_ops.integrations.website.lead_intake.create_lead

1. Contact
2. Project type
3. Project details
4. Intake flags
5. Files

File handling is backend-owned. Do not include controlled technical data unless 7Fabs has approved the project path.

6. Verification

Turnstile uses a public test site key here; production should replace it from deploy configuration.

Required fields must be complete before anything sends. This page does not send customer messages, take payments, publish files, or create direct provider actions.

Customer portal

A simple entry point for quote, job, payment, and file status.

Portal MVP should use ERP-backed login or a reviewed magic-link flow, then expose active quotes, active jobs, invoices, files, messages, appointments, payment links, and upload-more-files.

Internal alert bridge

Nothing should disappear after a customer submits.

Website form submit

ERPNext lead-intake endpoint, integration event, staff review queue, and gated next steps.

File upload

Backend validation, Drive storage, ERPNext file link, and dashboard Files Arrived routing.

Quote accepted

Portal or ERPNext acceptance to approved payment workflow, production status, and staff alerts.

Shipping

Tracking data to ERPNext, customer portal status, dashboard alert, and internal team update.

Contact

Bring a sketch, file, broken part, sample, or idea.

Contact 7Fabs for a quote, appointment, or project review. Service claims and restricted work requests are reviewed before acceptance.
